Master Deep Clean Checklist

Zone 1 - Reception & Ground Floor Front (Person A)

- Reception: Wipe all surfaces, dust/polish supplement shelves, clean glass doors/windows, restock sanitiser/tissues

- Main Toilet (Front): Clean sink, toilet, mirror; restock supplies; mop floor

- Therapy Rooms 1 & 2: Change linens, disinfect beds/chairs/handles/switches, restock consumables

- Consultation Pod Room: Wipe tables/chairs, dust shelves, restock materials

- Floors - Reception & Hallway: Hoover & mop

Zone 2 - Mid-Clinic & Rear (Person B)

- Rear Kitchenette / Order Processing: Wipe counters/handles, clean microwave/kettle/coffee machine, empty fridge,

organise packaging supplies

- Therapist Admin/Huddle Table Area: Wipe tables/chairs, dust surfaces, restock meeting stationery

- Storeroom / Laundry: Wipe machines/shelving, organise detergents, remove lint, check leaks

- Second Toilet (Rear): Clean sink, toilet, mirror; restock supplies; mop floor

- Stock Shelves: Rotate products (FIFO), dust shelves, tidy packaging area

Zone 3 - Upstairs (Person C)

- Management Office (single office): Wipe desk, dust shelves/electronics, empty bins

- Main Office (team meeting): Wipe desks/whiteboards/tables, dust shelves/chairs, empty bins, restock stationery

- Public Waiting Area: Wipe chairs/tables, remove old magazines, dust ledges/windowsills

- Upstairs Kitchenette Cupboard: Wipe shelves, clean kettle/sink, restock tea/coffee

- Upstairs Toilet: Clean sink, toilet, mirror; restock supplies; mop floor

- Sauna & Massage Room (ensuite): Wipe benches/handles/shower, mop floor, restock towels/toiletries

Final Sweep (All Staff)

- Floors: Hoover/mop missed areas (stairs, shared hallways)

- Bins: Ensure all emptied & relined

- Checkpoints: Walk-through to confirm reset & readiness
